Flightline Limited Workmanship Warranty
At Flightline Epoxy & Coatings, we stand behind our craftsmanship and use premium coating systems designed for long-term performance. This Limited Workmanship Warranty outlines what is covered, what is excluded, and how warranty claims are handled.
1. Warranty Coverage
Flightline warrants that our installation workmanship will be free from defects in application under normal residential use for the warranty period stated in your signed quote, invoice, or project agreement.
Typical warranty periods may include:

Standard System: 5 years
-
Performance System: 10 years
-
White Glove Performance System: up to 15–20 years (if offered)
Warranty coverage begins on the date of project completion and final payment.
2. What Is Covered
This warranty may cover:
-
delamination or peeling caused by installation error
-
coating failure due to improper surface preparation
-
premature topcoat failure caused by workmanship defects
-
flaking or lifting directly caused by application defects
If a covered defect occurs, Flightline may, at its discretion:
-
repair the affected area
-
recoat the affected area
-
provide a reasonable partial credit
3. What Is NOT Covered
This warranty does not cover:
-
normal wear and tear
-
scratches, scuffs, tire marks, staining, or cosmetic wear
-
impact damage, dropped tools, gouges, burns, or chemical spills
-
damage caused by dragging equipment or metal objects
-
moisture vapor transmission, hydrostatic pressure, or water intrusion beyond tested conditions
-
substrate movement, settling, shifting, cracking, or structural issues
-
pre-existing concrete issues not visible during inspection
-
damage caused by third parties, pets, or acts of God
-
fading, yellowing, or discoloration due to UV exposure (unless specifically covered)
-
improper cleaning, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions
-
repairs or modifications performed by others
4. Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty coverage, customer must:

follow all curing and care instructions
-
avoid vehicle traffic, heavy loads, or chemical exposure during cure period
-
use reasonable care to protect the floor
-
notify Flightline promptly of any issues
5. Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim:
-
contact Flightline in writing within the warranty period
-
provide project details, photos, and description of issue
-
allow reasonable access for inspection
Flightline will inspect the issue and determine if coverage applies.
6. Limitations
-
Warranty is non-transferable unless stated otherwise in writing.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

Warranty remedies are limited to repair, recoat, or credit at Flightline’s sole discretion.

Flightline is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
-
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the original project.
7. Exterior and High-Risk Conditions
Exterior projects, areas with poor drainage, severe moisture conditions, freeze-thaw exposure, or excessive chemical use may have reduced warranty coverage or no warranty depending on project conditions.
